Summary:Member schools may choose to hold offseason voluntary sports specific workouts with as many students at a time during the offseason. Sport specific workouts (does not include weightlifting and conditioning). Member Schools will follow the NSAA calendar guidelines for the start of fall, winter and spring seasons. Schools may not use the offseason to determine teams. Schools will follow the guidelines of the December Moratorium and can only strength and condition from August 1 to the start of Fall Practice.
